During an in-depth discussion with the client, we define their identity, values, internal organization and expectations regarding their future employee (hard skills & soft skills). We also share any advice we deem useful in relation to the market situation.

We organize the first candidate interviews with those pre-selected during phase I of our search. We evaluate their technical skills and their interpersonal skills. We identify their profile and define their expectations. We only present candidates who truly meet the client’s expectations.

Once in office at our client, we maintain contact with the candidate and the client to ensure smooth integration throughout the warranty period.
2/ Direct approach
2/ DIRECT APPROACH
Once the ideal candidate’s profile and the company’s environment are clearly defined, we draw up an appropriate hunting list and begin our candidate approach. We inform the client in real time of the progress of the mission by sharing the first market feedback. If necessary, we make a new point in order to recalibrate the search if necessary.
4/ Client Reporting

At the end of each mission, we share with the client a complete headhunting report concerning the state of the market, the candidates approached (identities preserved), their feedback, the problems encountered, in order to support the client in their final decision-making.
