Why are you headhunters?

First of all, to be good in the recruitment sector, you have to love people, which is what really characterizes tranZiteK consultants. We like to exchange, we are interested in people and their stories, which allows us to quickly target their needs and try to satisfy them.

Why did you found tranZiteK?

First of all, because we have an entrepreneurial mindset. Building our own project seemed obvious to us. A project that brings together all the values ​​we adhere to.

Today, we choose the clients we want to work with. Quality of life at work is a determining criterion for us. Finally, remaining flexible and responsive to rapid market changes seems fundamental to us.

And why did you specialize in the greentech and healthtech sector?

Environment and Health have become a major issue in our current society. For decades, we have produced, consumed, and thrown away outrageously without considering that the planet we live on is currently our only "home" in the universe. For almost twenty years, a slow but constant awareness has led to the emergence of new behaviors. We are entering a new era of humanity. Clean energies combined with a healthy consumption pattern are becoming a "must" for many people of the new generation. We want to participate at our level in the universal project of making our world a world that is more respectful of Earth and that is why tranZiteK is here to help companies in the green sector identify and attract the best talents to enable them to bring their projects to life.

Similarly, over the past twenty years, considerable progress has been made in human and animal health. Every day, more and more innovative biotechs and medtechs are emerging. Gene and cell therapy, mRNA vaccines, biomaterials, high-tech medical devices, e-health were mostly in the last century in the realm of science fiction. Today, they are part of our daily lives.

How do you see the greentech and healthtech sectors evolving?

Preserving the environment, better nutrition and taking good care of oneself have become essential subjects for a large number of people. The greentech and healthtech sectors are therefore mechanically set to grow rapidly.

Whether it is energy, mobility, food, housing, waste recycling or simply healthtech, new companies are appearing every day with projects that are increasingly innovative. Mechanically, these companies will need to recruit engineers, business developers, managers/directors or support functions on a massive scale.

If you had to describe your headhunting philosophy in 3 keywords, what would they be?

If you had to describe your headhunting philosophy in 3 keywords, what would they be? The 3 keywords, which constitute our DNA, are undeniably: Expertise, Performance, Responsiveness.

- Expertise because knowing the ecosystem for which we are recruiting is crucial if we want to provide quality support to our clients and our candidates.
- Performance because knowing where to hunt for the type of candidate who will perfectly meet our client's expectations, and vice versa, requires a certain know-how and interpersonal skills on the part of the hunter.
- Responsiveness because procrastination is not part of our vocabulary.

We could also add confidentiality, fundamental in our relationships with the client as well as with the candidate, and anticipation to allow them to always be one or two steps ahead (on their future needs, the market, etc.).
